Refund policy

There is a strict 14 day return policy on all items, excluding calendars, in our shop. You have 14 days from the day of delivery to refund and return an item you are not satisfied with. We replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item due to a printing error. In these cases, please email us 'DJM0927@jamesecarr.org' providing a photo of the defect within 30 days of the delivery date, so that we may process your replacement and return.
